ArtLeadHER and The Second LSC are proud to bring you ‘Senses and Perception” . This exhibition features the art from ten contemporary female artists at various stages of their careers highlighting the contributions and dispositions of working female artists in the modern market. ArtLeadHER has selected new and recent works by artists communicating their multitudinous forms from the female perspective. Themes are revelaed of struggle and pain, softness and a near constant grappling with visible and invisible power structures. The exhibition is in conjunction to the International Sculpture Day, ISDAY, a celebration honoring sculpture worldwide. It is curated by Mashonda Tifrere of ArtLeadHER.
