I've been following Carol Feuerman's work for some time as a collector and was thrilled to find out she had just authored a book. I had no idea how much she had been through and survived: a battle with breast cancer, a home fire that left her with little, the way she was treated by her male counterparts as she rose to fame, and how resilient she was in the face of a plethora of talent. Each chapter offers tremendous insight into how to navigate the art world for young professionals, and, in its final chapters, what art means in this post-Covid world. A great read !

A story to be told. She writes as if she is telling it. I found parts of it that left me marveling at how she overcame obstacles on her way to her success. She stayed true to her dream of being an artist. The book is factual. The addition of pictures adds to realism and lets you see various stages of her life.
A wonderful story of the highs and lows of her life and her journey to accomplish her extraordinary achievements.

So very relatable and inspirational. Carole's raw truths about her life so far are delivered in an easy- to- read conversation, like she's having coffee with the viewer. Artists, especially women artist's will benefit from her story for generations.
